Chris was exactly who we needed to fix some extensive raccoon damage to our chimney and roof! He came out next day to assess the situation and make a plan. His quote was very reasonable, and he even made some improvements to the way the flashing was done to ensure long-term performance. He offered excellent advice about cutting back a tree close to the house that said raccoon was using to get onto the roof, and offered contact info for additional services we might need, specifically a tree guy. He's very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to, and I so appreciate his practical approach to home repair! We will definitely call him again for any future roofing needs!

Chris takes the time to inspect the roof during various stages of replacement and throughly scouts the yard and surrounding areas, himself, after completion to pick up debris and rogue nails. There was a crossbody handbag in good condition with a Kate Spade emblem on the exterior. I carried it to pay as the price was reasonable and handbag in good condition. The sales person quickly let me know the purse was a fake. After checking similar items online, it appeared the handbag price was reasonable for a fake but definitely no bargain at 70% off from the estate sale price which was obviously overpriced to begin with.
